Last updated: May 2026
By using this website, forms, member portal, training registrations, event registrations, payment pages, and verification services, you agree to use IAUP services lawfully, accurately, and in accordance with these terms and applicable association policies.
Submitting an application, registration, document, or payment does not guarantee approval. IAUP may approve, reject, suspend, or request additional information where needed for verification, administration, compliance, or program integrity.
Accounts and information accuracy
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for submitting accurate personal, professional, academic, and contact information. IAUP may correct, restrict, suspend, or remove records that are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, abusive, or not supported by required documents.
Membership, certificates, and verification
Certificates, membership cards, ID numbers, directory listings, and public verification results depend on valid administrative approval and accurate records. IAUP may update or withdraw a record if an error, expiry, non-payment, misconduct concern, or invalid documentation is identified.
Payments and service changes
Fees, renewal charges, event fees, and program fees are displayed or confirmed before payment. IAUP may update services, schedules, eligibility rules, or administrative procedures when operationally necessary.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are administered from the United Kingdom office. Disputes should first be raised with IAUP by email at info@iaup.international-association.org so the matter can be reviewed and resolved through the appropriate administrative process.
